Our Limited Manufaturer's Warranty

All products in our furniture collections  are covered under our manufacturer's limited warranty.This ensures that under this warranty the item:

Will be free from defects in material and workmanship when purchased and that for a period of 30 days from date of puchase we will replace any missing part and for a period of six months from date of puchase we will replace any defects in the product that occur duing normal use. At that point, after careful consideration, it will be at the option of HomeDecoratingbyDonna.com to replace the defective part.

The warranty does not cover any labor and or freight charges to or from the service center. It does not cover if used for commercial purposes, failures caused by improper care, unreasonable or abusive use, freeze damage or acts of God.

Return Policy

 Our products rarely have manufacturer defects, but if they do it is required to send a digital image of the defect to support@homedecoratingbydonna.com within 3 business days of receipt to obtain a return authorization.

If return authorization is requested due to damage, we will issue a call tag for the merchandise and you will be credited for it in the following ways:

Manufacturer's Defects

100% of the merchandise will be credited.

Freight Damages  

You should always inspect and count packages when received and before signing receipt from the carrier delivering your packages. We cannot accept claims regarding packages not received once you have signed a receipt with the carrier. So please make sure you count and sign for the appropriate amount of packages.

When a package is received with obvious damage, it must be noted at time of delivery or refused. We can not urge you enough to inspect all packages for exterior damage due to delivery BEFORE signing for them. Once the delivery receipt is signed, you take on all responsibility for the damaged item and filing claims with carriers as the carriers do not give us recourse for action if a customer accepts package "as is".

We cannot stress enough that all packages be inspected for exterior damage before they are signed for.

If you wish to order a replacement for the damaged unit, the replacement will be shipped and invoiced as a new order. The original invoice will be credited upon return of damaged merchandise to our warehouse.

-   Buyer Remorse or Refusals (other than damages or defects), these items will need to be returned to our warehouse in order to receive a credit of 80% of the invoiced amount (20% restocking fee), and less return freight costs.

Cancelling Orders

When cancelling an order please contact us by phone or e-mail. You will receive an email back confirming your cancellation. If an item was cancelled after it has been shipped, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact us for a Return Authorization number and the responsibility for returning the item including all freight costs incurred.

Shipping Policies

Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground. Please allow 3-5 working days for an order to be processed and shipped.
